ISTRUZIONI PER LE SEGNALAZIONI WHISTLEBLOWING
La TRIXIE ITALIA SPA ha adottato i seguenti canali tramite i quali è possibile presentare una segnalazione:
- portale/software, raggiungibile all’indirizzo: https://trixieitalia.whistleblowing.qhub.it. La piattaforma informatica permette di effettuare segnalazioni in forma scritta oppure in forma orale, registrando un messaggio vocale che sarà criptato e morfizzato al fine di rendere la voce del segnalante non riconoscibile;
- incontro diretto (su richiesta) con il gestore delle segnalazioni Sig. Mauro Panarotto: l’incontro sarà effettuato in luogo riservato concordato dalle parti (segnalante e gestore). Tale incontro potrà essere richiesto dal segnalante tramite la stessa piattaforma informatica mediante segnalazione scritta, oppure telefonando in orario d’ufficio direttamente al numero 0444/835329/9/ diretto 6210.
Le Istruzioni d’uso del Portale/Software nonché l’Informativa privacy relativa al trattamento dei dati personali sono visionabili collegandosi all’indirizzo sopra menzionato. Il segnalante viene informato del ricevimento della segnalazione e degli esiti degli accertamenti svolti in merito.
Laddove il gestore versi in un’ipotesi di conflitto di interessi rispetto ad una specifica segnalazione (in quanto ad esempio soggetto segnalato o segnalante), si ritiene che ricorra una delle condizioni per effettuare una segnalazione esterna ad ANAC (https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing#p11).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR WHISTLEBLOWING REPORTS
TRIXIE ITALIA SPA has adopted the following channels through which you can submit a report:
- Portal/Software, reachable at: https://trixieitalia.whistleblowing.qhub.it
- Voice recording (on a registered message/voicebox) possible in the Portal/Software.
- Direct meeting (upon request) with the reporting manager Mr. Mauro Panarotto: the meeting will be held in a confidential place agreed by the parties (reporter and manager). This meeting may be requested by the reporting party via the same IT platform, or by calling during office hours directly at the number 0444/835329/9/ direct 6210.
The instructions for using the Portal/Software as well as the Privacy Policy relating to the processing of personal data can be found directly by connecting to the address mentioned above. The whistleblower is informed of the receipt of the report and the results of the investigations carried out in this regard.
Where the manager finds himself in a conflict of interest with respect to a specific report (for example as a reported or whistleblower), it is believed that one of the conditions for making an external report to ANAC (https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing#p11).
